THE STORY BEHIND ViNTGGE. 

ViNTGGE. was born out of industry experience spanning over 10 years. We started out as a reseller many years ago, mainly on eBay, then onto depop and other platforms. However, what we found was that despite having numerous of contacts in the industry, the raw bales of stock were never consistent. This being said, on every wholesale order we received we would end up with some stock that was unsellable and only fit for recycle.

 

Unless you actually bale the clothing at source, you never actually know what's in each bale. Majority of wholesalers import from abroad, only going on the promise of good quality stock. We know first hand that the suppliers at source, bulk out the bales with unsalvageable stock, lowering the overall quality of the promised bales. With return fees high, and customs to deal with, majority wholesalers just turn a blind eye to it and pass it on to their customers as a "genuine mistake".

This is were we come into play, we manually break down all of our bales, and remove all unsellable stock. We are strict with our grading, so our customers never end up with stock that is unsellable. We remove unsalvageable items, so you only receive stock that's fit for purpose.

 

We know how frustrating it can be, when your waiting on a delivery and it arrives.... for you to find a good percent of the stock unsellable!
